Ok, 2 little rants, I'll start with repeat posts!!

I hate it when I see a good answer, and then, someone else posts the exact same thing again. Let me help you here, if you were going to give an answer, but see that someone else has already done it, then just the thumbs up button! There is no need to be so selfish ;)

And now to elitism. I honestly cannot stand the way some members speak to others, as if they are far superior to them, because they have more knowledge in a particular area. I consider myself quite well educated, yet I don't feel the need to be a complete douche about it... If you find a member is wrong on a subject, correct them nicely, and move on
