Where can I get a PRELOADED HARD DRIVE with XeX menu, Freestyle dash, etc...

On Xex Menu I want Cod4, MW2, etc... with tons of patches!

The marketplace would be the only place you would get a pre-loaded HDD with the requested things on it.

Also, it's really simple to add the aforementioned things to a HDD, there are a lot of tutorials on how to do so here, and they are also all available for download on the site. It might save you a bit of money, plus it'll be a learning experience - up to you.
