Well i had auto-renew on! I didn't know I did, and my card had no money on it! so anyway i've been suspended for a problem with my payment option!
anyway to get passed this?! and also will it charge me for the extra month? that I didn't know was going to come on -.-
also is there a way to pay with paypal? because i can't see that option!

From what I remember it will keep trying to charge that payment option for a set amount of time. Your best bet is to call Microsoft and/or check their forums because a lot of people have this problem.

How to pay through PayPal:
Buy a Xbox Live Membership Code (Month or Year)
And pay for it through PayPal ;)
They usual email you the code, but some send the whole card.
I buy codes from Amazon as they email you the code once you pay.
This will stop the auto renewal till the PrePaid code membership ends.
