ok so i had the trail account or the starter edition and i recently bought the upgrade all the way to cataclysm and got one free month gamer card from that and then i go to my account and start playing and im still at level cap and cant go higher and cant use features such as inviting people to parties. i have already downloaded the games because i have seen each video of the games when starting up the game but it stills considers me a starter account.
has anybody ever gone from starter to full if so can you help me.

you probably have 2 accounts in one actual account which means you have a wow 1 and a wow 2. If you chose wow 2 then that should work. Hope this helped

Before you log into the game when you have put your e-mail and password in, it should give you the option for wow 1 or wow 2, If it does not give you this option you should go to your battle.net account and go to wow, and check your wow1 and see if it has been upgraded. If it hasn't you should ring the blizzard support line, you can ring it for free on Skype or your land line, when i started years ago i had a little problem and i rang them and they were very helpful, they gave me a free month membership for the hassle they have caused .

Make sure you have activated the keys.
And play the new exe, as it is a brand new client.
