This Doesn't remove the jailbreak. You need to restore with iTunes, sorry.
oh well i did it and now it's stuck on the loading icon with a black screen, it has done this for 2 hours, i guess i will have to take it back because i got it 1 day ago

Hold your Home And Power Buttons for 10 Seconds.
WITHOUT RELEASING THE HOME BUTTON, let go of the sleep button, and wait for iTunes to recognise your device. - then restore.

Is there any chance I am doing something wrong when trying to jailbreak? I am following the 3-10-15 instructions but around 9 seconds to go it starts loading up the cracks, then says awaiting reboot, reboots backs to stock software.

restore your iPod to factory settings then try again
