On the Xbox 360 marketplace, you can send in your xbox to a Trusted Seller (Stickies) and they can reflow it for a certain price. This will fix the RROD for a long time.

if u want a quick fix stick something in the back and stop the fans and let it over heat for a bit and if that doesnt work u may have to send it off

take out hard drive and plug
Leave for a few mins
Plug back in
Hard drive back in

If don't work, contact Xbox

First open it up and see if its full of dust and give it a clean inside.
Wait 30 minutes then turn it on.
If still got red ring they you might need reflow it.

Put cotton buds in the back to stop the fan, this will make the console over heat. Then turn it back on and it should be working [this temporarily resets], I would recommend getting it properly fixed. Maybe by an external fan for a short term fix.

remved all the dust

and now its workin thought it was a couple months ago
