NO you can not get banned for doing the glitch.
i have spoken with activision and they told me
only the people that go -500 or going over board with
the free tokens get banned.
AND YOU WILL NOT REPENTANTLY GET BANNED EVEN IF YOU GO -1000 TOKENS ONLY 24 HOURS

MY ADVICE: DO NOT SPEND MORE THAN 40-50 TOKENS IF YOU DO NOT GET BANNED

You wont get banned you will get Suspended for 48 hours b/c in the Mw3 Server Term's and Condition it say's they can only ban you for hacking and if you glitch or anythin else the longest they can ban you for is 48 hours so yea hope this helped [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
