like the title say my falcon RGH is overheating alot lately did it twice yesterday i dont have it on that much and when i do not for long i set the fan speeds to about 90 or 85 and i have a fan behind it that usally blows into it to cool it down alittle so any suggestions.

FAQ:
is it in a confined space
A: No its on a tv dinner tray on its side in the middle of my room

It really depends on what you mean by overheat. Does it eventually speed and up and throw 2 red rings indicating that it's actually overheating?

There may be things you can do yourself depending on the console itself. Does it have bolt method or x clamps intact? Have you tried throwing on some fresh thermal paste and re adjusting the bolts if they have it?

try putting it next to a window and let some cool air into the system because fans just blow around the warm air.

What? You do know the air coming out the back isn't suppose to be pushed back in right? I hope you just wrote that wrong...

I have seen on funny pictures where people have balanced a big fan on a table with the xbox on top of the fan maybe you should try it.

I think your problem is the fan in the back... It is just pushing the hot air right back in. I suggest doing the 12v fan mod and installing a fan in the case if you wish to close it. If it is open then take the fan you have blowing in the back and move it to the top to blow on the heat sinks

have you done the x-clamp method?
If you did try to loose them!
