Honestly, the settings are so optimal that any PC could.

Nice specs too, it'll be more than good.

World of Warcraft is the easiest game to run on the planet! (not really but yeah). My laptop can run it fine and it doesnt even have a dedicated graphics card.

Really? You don't know if a computer that sounds custom, with 16gb of ram, 2gb of graphics, and a high performance motherboard, can run a game that could easily run on 1gb of ram and 512mb graphics. That computer can run battlefield 3 fine so you obviously don't know anything about computers. This question could also have been solved easier and faster just by using google.

Would it run WOW Smoothly and be able to record with camtasia?

Your specs are about the same as mine, except I lose in RAM. I do beat you by a Gb in Graphics, but my computer can run WoW perfectly. You should be fine.

With Camtasia, possibly/more than likely. Camtasia is a CPU eater, so just watch out for it.
