just wondering if there is another program besides horizon that exist out there that can unlock designs and unlock tunes.thanks

How do you even unlock designs & Tunes using Horizon?
Must be Diamond, I am but do not unlock anything on forza 4, its just wrong taking peoples work.

i think its wrong but only if you are going to do it for profit.i see nothing wrong in using a different tune as a base line for another car or even putting the design from one car on another if its not available for the car you have.

yeah that's cause they don't think and take the same design they just unlocked and on the same car and put it back on their storefront.
