Try downloading the free version of Avira (A damn thorough antivirus) and do a full scan. If that doesn't work, do a system restore. If that doesn't work, (clean) reinstall windows (you will lose all of your data with this one...

Just download the software off the website you wont get any viruses if its a trusted software like Norton lol
