1.Must be good at sniping and trickshoting
2.Must be a good team player
3.Must get or have a something to record with 4.Must be loyal and active
5.Must be at least 15 older (as long as you dont have a high pitched voice)
And if your a decent editor thats always good to have but nit a requirement:D
