I usually play FPSs and sometimes RPGs so which would be better for me? and any suggestions on how i could improve them without spending more then 100$ more then those prices?

Pretty sure the top one is better. Has a better graphics cards.

wow, with that money you could build a 5 times better PC.

this rig is worth less than 500$

Extremely overpriced.

I'd recommend you build your own.

Do a youtube search: how to build a computer hardware canucks. (can't link it because i'm on an iPad ATM.)
