Ok my ps3 turns on and the lights turn on as well. But nothing shows up. It's just a black screen and no sound. Is their a way to fix it I tried 3 different a cords and hdmi cord as well.

Try plugging in AV cables. Then turn your system off. Then hold the power button when turning it on again; after the second beep it might show up.
