Should I get this Graphics card, Will it be good for games like BF3, Left 4 Dead 2, Skyrim?

It will be good enough for those games on high settings. You might want to just get the 560 Ti instead though.

I'm trying to save some money.

If I do go with the 560 what's the difference?

The difference between the two:

Memory bandwidth:

560 Ti: 128256 MB/sec
550 Ti: 98496 MB/sec
30% more for the 560.

Texel Rate:

560 Ti: 52608 Mtexels/sec
550 Ti: 28800 Mtexels/sec
83% more for the 560.

Pixel Rate:

560 Ti: 26304 Mpixels/sec
550 Ti: 21600 Mpixels/sec
22% more for the 560.

The 560 uses up 170 Watts while the 550 only uses 116 Watts. ( Maximum for both ) so keep this in mind when buying a GPU. Make sure your PSU can handle it

To me if i see PCI-E i know its got to be good and the price is quite high so i would expect it to be able to run it.

It's decent, not sure BF3 will run on that though. You could shell out about $50 more to get a HD 6870 which I'm sure would fit your needs...

Yes that'll easily run those games on high settings. Maybe very high for some of the listed games. Make sure you power supply can handle it.
