What you will need.
1. A ninja kiwi account
2. A facebook
Steps:
1. In game click the plus next to "$"
2. Buy one
3. It will ask you if you want to buy more coins.
4. Click the Play CityVille ad.
5. Wait 15 minutes
6. Purchase a money upgrade.
7. Within seconds you coin value should go back up to 3
