I'm just wondering, I'm ALSO wondering if I can use my elite premium on my banned account to download the maps and play them on my unbanned account.. just wondering looking for feedback thank you.

who ever downloads the maps, that xbox has the license anyone who plays on that xbox can play the maps. as for the patch i have no clue
