i was browsing this because someone that goes to my school is suffering this and since he told me he has it i have been really good friends with him!

i know this isn't really a site for this etc but i know it is a very friendly community and will support me if i was able to make a difference in this 15 year olds life. I would like to fundraise money for him to be able to have access to wheelchairs, help, etc.
unfortuantly he comes from a very harsh background. I won't spill my guts as it is very personal for him.
thanks guys. if i could be supported by any of you that will be great!
just back me up. im not asking for any donations (the poll is just for counters)

Friedreich's ataxia is an inherited disease that causes progressive damage to the nervous system, resulting in symptoms ranging from gait disturbance to speech problems; it can also lead to heart disease and diabetes.
The ataxia of Friedreich's ataxia results from the degeneration of nerve tissue in the spinal cord, in particular sensory neurons essential (through connections with the cerebellum) for directing muscle movement of the arms and legs. The spinal cord becomes thinner and nerve cells lose some of their myelin sheath (the insulating covering on some nerve cells that helps conduct nerve impulses).
The condition is named after the German physician Nikolaus Friedreich, who first described it in the 1860s.

i want to make a website but how do i? i am a 15 yr old kid with no Paypal or money! i do have about $100! The area i live in makes it more difficult for me to achieve this because there is no donation boxes!
also i do know .webs, .blogspot etc but what sort of site should i make?
