I just recently bought a netflix membership and I use it mostly through my xbox.
I cant find out how to watch things with other friends
who have netflix.
Some please help!

You cant watch it with friends they took that option off, the only other way is to sync with everybody at the same time which means start and stop the movie at the same time.

Yep, they took it off. I'm so mad because I always loved watching movies with my friends from school. Instead of going to the movies outside, we would watch Netflix. But no, Microgay has to use their brain.
