You need to play Kill Confirmed in order to do this.

Tactical Insertion Strategy: Ok, so either you have to be level 61+, or unlocked tactical insertion with a prestige token. Ok so once you have the tactical insertion, plant it in a good spot. Stand over your TI. Once you die, you will spawn on your dog tags. Every time you get your dog tags, you get +250. Keep doing this and your score and experience will start to rack up ! Downside to this, is you go negative so if you care about your KDR, this isn't for you.

Dead Silence Pro Strategy: You need Dead Silence, which you get around level 58 I think? Or you can unlock it early with a prestige token. Once you have Dead Silence, you have to get it pro, which you have to kill a certain amount of people close range. (I forget how much). Once you get pro, you need to jump off edges that would normally hurt you. When you do this, you don't get hurt because Dead Silence Pro saves you from getting hurt when you jump from something high. Here are the challenges:

500 xp - Jump off something that would normally hurt you 2 times.
1000 xp - Jump off something that would normally hurt you 5 times.
2500 xp - Jump off something that would normally hurt you 10 times.
5000 xp - Jump off something that would normally hurt you 20 times.
10000 xp - Jump off something that would normally hurt you 50 times.
Then I think there's another 10000 xp challenge for 100 times.
