In order to get the update do these steps!
1. Restart your xbox console.
if that does not work do this
2. After restarting go to System Settings > Memory > And Hover over your Hard Drive > Clear System Cache (Repeat the cache clearing if you have multiple storage devices in your xbox)
This should have worked guys! Enjoy.

Nope, howwever it removes Title Updates from games and System Updates

Clearing your cache will only delete game updates, not give you the dashboard download o.O. Microsoft has to put the update in your area, it takes time. If you live in the middle of the ocean it will take longer and doing these "methods" wont do anything.

It randomly signed me out of nowhere and I got the update.

dosent work for me just cleareed system cahce 3 times still no update
