I formated my USB to FAT32 then installed the dashboard. It won't let you sign into Xbox Live until it's been officily released tho :/

Ive just been speaking to someone on xbox live support chat and asked what time the update comes out in the US my reply was..

Suehey: They start at 5PM (scheduled) Pacific time. Right now it is 3:50PM, if that gives you a better idea. With 26 million users, they do need to send it out in sections.
