Ok. I am kinda new to the Jtag... Dont say go the Jtag beginers guide I have already checked it out.. If I buy a banned xenon Jtag.. Can I still sighn in to Xbox Live into my profile and do a system Link Lobby ???

no you will not get banned unless you make videos like i did and they have your gamertag in it

JTAGs=offline.
I know it's been stated thousands of times, but just keep that in mind. Buying a banned or unbanned JTAG really has no effect on it's use.
If you are wanting to host lobbies on COD4 or WaW (there are no public modifications for MW2 (except timescale/gametype mods), BO, or MW3) you can still achieve this via system link.
These are basic lobbies which allow you to run certain modifications and bring them online. To do this, you simply connect your JTAG to your retail Xbox. There are multiple tutorials and how-to's here on TTG and throughout YouTube. Keep in mind, anytime you take modifications onto XBL (even done in private matches/appearing offline, etc) you run the risk of being banned.
I know you said "don't tell me to look @ the beginner's guide", but I'd still take a second look over it before making a purchase. If you buy a JTAG simply for COD modifications, you will get bored of it quickly. At anytime, COD4 and WaW could be patched, and you're stuck with a system you really don't want. It's your money, so ultimately your choice, but I'd think twice before buying a JTAG simply for COD.

No haha kv will unban it but there is no way to get a jtag online so buying a kv is pointless unless u want it unban for some reason but u can't get online
