if I ordered it from ibuypower would everything work together properly? would it arrive with a bunch of parts that cant be used together?

It's great, except that you are ordering from ibuypower.com. They will mark up the price a lot and they have bad reviews. Build your own instead to save some money and time.

It will come pre-built from them in the original box for the case, all you have to do is set everything up.

In terms of pricing through iBuypower it depends on the parts your using and how the market is acting. When I bought mine for college(no time to build and mess with wiring as I'm super anal if I do the wiring myself) it was actually cheaper than all of the parts would be separately and including the shipping and tax it was $15 more than what an order from Newegg would have been.
