I copied and pasted to tell you what it is
*Rocket Guns/Huge Impact Gun (Inc bigger muzzle flare)
AK47 - Rockets_____Mini-Uzi - Rockets_____Deagle - Impact
*Massive explosive grenades
*Different colored explosions: Red, Blue Green, Purple, Pink and Turquoise.
*Loads of cool colors
*Modded head/tail lights (4.25)
*Super fast cars, awesome handling.
*Lower parts of the map are flooded to waist height (Airport/docks/happiness island/industrial district)....And you don`t die when you are fully submerged.
*Drift cars: Banshee, Futo, Taxi (Cars), Coquette, Dukes and for some reason the Trashmaster
*Bloody Footprints.
*Different coloured HUD/Weapon Icons
*Lowered suspension on Bobcat/Sultan RS/Dukes/PMP 600/FBI Buffalo
*Planes are no longer on the runway, and their flight line is LOWER and through the middle of the city.
*Flying Airport Vehicles.
*100% GOD MODE via Grand Theft modification save.

*Renamed vehicles (credit to gtagaming.com)
*Tank bikes (you won`t fall off if you hit another vehicle)
*All water looks like blood + red rain ( rain taken from bradys 4.25)
*No bullet holes in vehicles.
