So I have crew practice everyday, we run 2-7 miles, do 100-500 sits ups, row a few thousand meters, and do wallsits/planks/etc. daily. I do all this, but can't seem to get a six pack or really any sort of improvement, I have basically no fat on my stomach, but the muscle doesn't pop out, does anyone have any advice?
