Where to start....alright, its very bland, no effects, the BG doesnt match, the render is bad, rick ross sucks, the text is bad, the circles are LQ, the whole thing is LQ, the logo looks like a google image, and its overall ugly.

I think the shadow should be taken out, looks a bit tacky.

Either you are trying to get your post count up or you don't know much about graphics.

This isn't very good at all, although i will give you a break because you said you stopped doing graphics for a while.

I think this is very plain for starters. Need to add more to it. The circles aren't even really circles they are like egg shaped.

The whole background and everything else is low quality. The only thing that isn't is Rick Ross and you just put a blur around him.

I give this a 5/10 and that is being nice
