Guys I need your help in building a team, got 100K (roughly) and want to know what you guys would recommend

would prefer a Brazilian team but whatever you guys suggest will do. Best formation, Squad + Value for money will get a prize

Sanchez (Barca) RM ~ 15 - 20k 5*
Reyes (A. Madrid) RW ~ 4 - 5k 4*
Krasic (Juve) RM ~ 3 - 4k 4*
