You cannot call Microsoft and get unbanned. It says when you get banned that this ban cannot be lifted. Sorry bro. Happened to me too.

hmm did you by any chance get in to an hacked games or lobby what ever or had those mw3 clan tag hack stuff glitched up orsomething.
