My rapidfire controller

My rapidfire controller works really well but i have to press the sync button to turn it on.I have to press it twice to get the mod on for the right trigger but it always turns my controller off. I have to press it again to turn it back on and it is getting really annoying. Any advice on what I should do?

buying a new one should probably fix the problem your having.
