Ok, im an expert with xboxs. So my jtag gets RROD all the time so i just reflow it, but when i opened it, i accidentally took off a component from the motherboard. It was a green tube wrapped around by some type of brass looking metal. I though no big deal, so i went on fixed the 0110 error, but now i have the 0003. This error is caused by a electricity failure, so i resoldered it on, but i still keeping on getting the error. Please help, i dont want to have my jtag be broken.

Do you hear a little buzz right when you turn it on? Its either a bridged connection under the gpu OR a dead gpu. Gonna need a reball minimum. Hopefully nothing else is damaged. I've been seeing more and more of those. In every case I've seen its been on or the other though.

I have been unucky and have had two jtags die of this error. Shame i used the boards to practice how to solder, cut and repair traces ect. I removed the cpu on one of the boards and the solder balls where bridged everywhere.
I cant even do a transfer as i dont have the nand's for the consoles.
I would defo get a reeball as this is the most commen problem for the 0003 error. If you get a reeball done and the error is still there i will be free of charge as they did not fix the problem.
The only outher things this can be is iether a cut on a trace somewhere on the board or one of the mosfets or regulators have become defective/blown. If it is one of the mosfets it is a easy fix. You just need a heat gun with the small round nosel and a pair of tweesers to remove them.
First try it with just replacing the one closest to the CPU, and you still get the error, replace the 2nd one as well.
Dont destroy the bord if you are not 100% certain on what you are doing. Save some money and send it to someone. I would suggest DARKFiB3R for any and all soldering work. Here is a link to his profile page DARKFiB3R
