I was having trouble making it flash. When I would change the colors to make it flash all the other frames would change the colors.

and make they letter all diff colors
colors: yellow,blue,green,purple,red,organ
make the first six in that order and repeat it

i hate to say this but its only a shape with text in it.... If you want to make a badge you should make it look a little more clean and professional looking.
