When on xbox,i click on System Settings then Memory and my USB Flashdrive isn't appearing there. It works fine on my Laptop but once i plug into my xbox it doesn't appear. Does anyone know what the problem is?

it has to be over 1gb.
try other USB ports and check the usb connector on the drive.
dust/dirt might be causing connection issues

Its 8GB, the USB Lights up, but it doesnt appear under memory.

format it and select FAT32 for the file system on your computer then put it back in the 360

that should get it working.
if anything is on it back it up to your computer as it deletes it all.

It is 8GB, and i have already formatted it to FAT32, Also this USB worked fine on my old xbox, but this is my first time using it on my new one, and its not working.
