Well I have, and you have found your self in the right place because I'm taking you on a step-by-step journey on how to mod these gametypes in MW2 with a USB! I heard Spec. Ops was updated? Not 100% sure though.

Things You'll Need:
Xbox 360 Console
Modern Warfare 2 Game
Usb thumbdrive with more than 1 Gb
Modio
USB Xplorer

1) Configure your USB flashdrive under the Memory Selection in the System Settings tab at the Xbox Dashboard

2) Once configured, start MW2 and choose: Spec. Ops or Campaign. A window should pop up that reads "Select Memory Unit" Or something like that. Choose "Memory Unit" this is your USB.

3) Start a game and then Save and Exit. Turn off your Console and remove your USB and plug it in to your Computer,

4) Open up USB Xplorer and choose "Open" then select "Device" and click all the way through it's contents until you see "GameSave 3" (Note: It does not have to be 3, it could be any number depended on what save it is)

5) Extract the gamesave to your desktop and then open up Modio. Up in the Left hand corner is a person thing. Click on that then choose "More Games" (I'm not 100% on if that's what it says.) Then choose Modern Warfare 2.

6) A window opens up then in that window choose "Open" then scroll on the Desktop setting to find your gamesave, then open it. Mod it to what you like, save, then open back up USB Xplorer. Choose "Inject" Then find your Modded gamesave and inject it in there.

DELETE THE FIRST ONE!!!!

7) Safely remove your USB, put it in your Xbox, Play MW2 go into whatever gametype you modded. And Shazam! You've successfully modded MW2 with a USB!
