how can you accidentally buy ms points? and know theres no refund because you did it yourself know one hacked you or anything so probs not but hey ring them up they might. P.s how many you buy.

i know from experience you cannot get a refund, god people read things once in a while!
microsoft have a no refunds policy! it says it when you click on any item on the marketplace, and the same for gold and msp.

Just contact them and if they say no then tell your credit card company you didn't purchase that and to refund you the money haha

this isnt true either, if you contact your credit card company then you have to cancel your card and give proof that someone used it, not you.
so if you tell them that it was used for a purchase on xbox then they contact them to confirm it wasnt you!
