Omgyjya_Switch7 wrote As in the first post, I have even used the NAND and CPU key from my other Xenon JTAG and it works fine.

Both keys are in the database, one NAND works (Xenon) and the other doesn't (Falcon - Bad KV).

Feel free to TeamViewer though if you wish, could be good to have a second pair of eyes on it.

Thanks!

I will need your team viewer info

Just make a donor Nand using sneaky peanuts easy freeboot tool
all you need is your cpu key then patch the kv with your dvd key and your drive type

Unfortunately I do not have the DVD key.

When I boot into Xellous I get the error;

kv_get_dvd_key failure: kv_read

the hash check failed probably as a result of decryption failure

make sure that the correct key vault for this console is in flash

the key vault should be at offset 0x4200 for a length of 0x4200 in the 'raw' flash binary for this console

Is there any other way to get the DVD key other than to buy a key extractor?

Cheers!

Edit; The drive is a Lite-on!

Okay, just made the situation worse.

Using [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] I created a new NAND that checked out fine in 360 Flash Tool. I ran fbBuild and it created a updflash.bin without any errors. Winner!

Unfortunately not. Just flashed it to the 360 and now get E79 error (bad NAND flash) and cannot boot into Xellous to reflash my old updflash.bin!

Help!

EDIT; Just ran NAND compare against the original and new NANDs:

Basically, you have entered wrong CPU key.

Go back into Free60 to get key and re do.

Sorted!

NAND was un-corrupted by SPEED and reflashed through NAND-X. Now working again on dash 13604. 8)
