so I just found this quest called house of horrors. To start it fast travel to Markarth and find the abandoned house. Wait till the guard outside (he was there when i was there you may have to wait idk) talks to you then say "do you need any help?" he will say I was right about to enter and I could use someone at my back. The rewards for the quest are epic and its super fun!

Edit: Im level 10 btw

The beginning of this quest was odd........I'm actually a bit afraid to play it because I heard the ending can be a bit glitchy. Well, a lot glitchy.
