I have a question about it so When you are 10th Prestige and when you click on Reset All Stats does it mean you are resetting the Leaderboards or you are starting all over to No Prestige Rank 1

I know this a stupid question but I just wanted to be clear

You start ALL over and you reset back to level one, no prestige.
