It says "FOR SALE" and if you look below it says 2405 and Rockstar North is from the UK so in the UK is 24/5 and in the US is 5/24.

So guys what do you guys think?

Many people have posted this theory. I think it could be true, because there was something else hinting towards that date in the trailer.

This has already been located numerous times, you copied this off someone who actually looked out for this.

Everyone against this, this is what you would call an "Easter Egg". There is a lot to back this assumption up but we will just have to wait and see.

I think GameSpot said it may come out on Feb. 9 2012 but i think they would of had a trailer for it a long time ago.

When Gamestop has the real date, the public will to. And Wow..a sidewalk number, no way they could just be showing that you can now buy new houses, with adresses huh? Brought that back from SA, just with an adress now. But no one would think that, huh?
