I dont think any retailers purposely send the game out before the release date.

Places like GAME know exactly what the packages they are dealing with contain, so will follow the rules and release date accordingly.

Other places have workers who just deal with packages they don't know a MW3 is within them so they just process it like any other package!

I preordered mine from Tesco, im not getting annoyed because I didnt get mine today, I fully expected to get it tomorrow, and I assume I will. Im not that bothered about the midnight release or getting it early, and am not getting annoyed about it and flaming on retailers because they did their job.

If you stop ordering from a company cos they did their job then it is pathetic. Go and get your game illegally next time and dont moan about it to everyone else...

well it is illegal to sell early, that's why little shops and things like independent family companies only sell them early really
