Does the person that preordered the game have to be the person to redeem the game. basically my dads name is on the recite can i pick up the game?

if the reciept is on a store points card then it needs to be him and if it has his name then needs to be him, either way you need id.

if the reciept isnt under your name depending on the shop is if they will give you it or not some stores need your name and signature for the pre order of it so wouldnt give you it.
