Does it have an hdmi port? Do you see the green lights flashing when it gets turned on or hear any sound? Try another av/hdmi cable and make sure its plugged in nicely to the tv and xbox.

If you see the green lights dancing like they're supposed to but nothing shows up on the screen after that, its basically pre RROD and commonly referred to as 'no video'. Reballing is the best repair but a reflow should work.

If the green lights don't show up and you only get a solid light in the middle, try leaving it on for a min or so. May go to 3RROD with secondary error code of 0022.

Did it happen randomly or after you attempted to update or installed a game?

Sounds like standard no video to me. Have someone you trust reflow or reball(better) it for you. Its basically just like 95% of RROD's. Cold solder joint under the gpu.
