Easiest way talk to them over the phone and say can i have mw3 i will pay $20 extra and they will say yes or no either way you win because they don't get any of your money and you get to keep it.

It's funny, you actually had a better chance of getting the game a couple days ago than now, since it's been in the news and I'm sure most employees have been notified to wait. Just so you know, there is no secret handshake or code word, and I'd avoid bribing (but that's just me). It really comes down to dumb luck (although it never hurts to be on the lookout for a new employee).
I've kept up relationships with the manager and employees from the GameStop I used to work at, so they are always willing to ignore dates for me. Based on that advise I say try to make a good contact at a store that sells games or get a part-time job at one =).
