PERKS
First tier perks
Recon: explosive damage paints enemy on the minimap (Pro= does the same with bullet damage)
Sleight of Hand: Faster reload ( Pro= faster weapon swaps )
Blind Eye: invisible to sentries/killstreaks (Pro=faster missle lock on&damage to vehicles)
Extreme Conditioning: Sprint longer distances(Pro= climb obsticles faster)
Scavenger: Scavenge ammo from dead enemies(Pro=increased ammo capacity)
Second tier perks
Quickdraw: Faster aiming (Pro= fast recovery from equipment&grenade throws)
Blast Sheild: Increased explosive resistance (Pro= resistance to flash&stun)
Hardline: Killstreaks require 1 less kill (Pro= 2 assists count as 1 kill towards your killstreak& deathstreaks require 1 less death)
Assassin: Invisible to UAV,thermal,portable radar, heartbeat sensors(Pro=immune to Counter UAV and EMP)
Overkill: Carry Two primary weapons(Pro=Carry two equipment)
Third tier perks
Marksman: Identify enemies at longer range (Pro= longer hold breath)
Stalker: Faster movement while aiming(Pro= delayed claymore explosions)
Sitrep: Detect enemy claymore&Tactical insertions (Pro=Louder enemy footsteps)
Steady Aim: Increased hipfire accuracy (Pro= weapon is ready faster after sprinting)
Dead Silence: Quieter footsteps, reduced affect of Recon (Pro= No fall damage)
