If my friend were to get the MW3 disc when it comes out, and i were to make an iso with those files, could i potentially hot swap and get the game for free?

I guss but u would need a normal disk such as mw3 so u could play the hotswaped game of your harddrive but if you have a flashed Xbox Yes
