I wanna start getting into music. I wanna create my own songs and use a professional music software. I can't make music on my computer because I'm using a dell demension 2400 from 2003. Which is out dated and the specs of my computer are horrible.

I need a Computer with a Nice Sound Card. (Laptop, I really wanna get no desktop sine they're gay)
I need a really fast computer.
What professional music software you recommend? I mean professional I don't care how much it cost as long as I can try to compete with the famous artists.
Do you recommend Mac or Windows? What works best in creating Music?
What instruments should I buy? Instruments that can connect to my computer, were I can make my own songs.
What mic should I buy that's nice for the computer

I have no knowledge on computers. and I appreciate the help.

I don't know what planet you are on, but I'm not helping you. Even though I might be the most capable of doing so on this site.

If you explain to me why you think towers can have sexual preferences, I'll be happy to help you, haha.

I can spare about 30 seconds of my day to waste.

I can spare 30 seconds for this asshat.

Literally any computer with a decent processor speed. Sound Card doesn't matter as long as you're listening to it through headphones.

And IMO, my Desktop is Heterosexual, I don't find him Gay at all.

If anyone cares, my desktop is extremely heterosexual. It just oozes testosterone. So much so that it decided to play with electricity for the fun of it and went into a coma. If that isn't manly, I don't know what is. Unless it is compensating for its homosexuality...

Eh, not really. The source is quite important. You'll never get good quality out of onboard sound. I also don't know of a single laptop with a better sound card than another. Everything out there for laptops is all software.

What's your preferred budget, screen size, battery needs, etc.? I can also help you get a nice audio setup. If you're looking for headphones to do production with, post in my headphone thread. If you have an acoustically good room to work in, some near-field or desktop speakers are a good choice. I recommend those in this thread, too.
