Yes I have recently preordered Battlefield 3 on Amazon that was supposed to come with the DLC

I was able to activate my online pass however NOT the DLC!

Okay, If it were possible, I would've definitely issued a new code. I would've handled your concern however, since the code is retailer specific, we don't have the ability to generate a new code. Please contact the retailer who should be able to address your concern.

Sry if im speaking like this im just irate,i have been playing battlefield since when it had first came out and this is the only time i have ever been disattified with a product!

I did contact Amazon however they said they were unable to help me and told me to take my complaint to EA support

You can contact them by calling our toll free number 1-866-543-5435 within the US. Also, please note that the IVR will mention that you can go through chat support, and also inform you of the erroneous billing cycle message that some players are receiving. When you sit through the prompts without entering anything else, it goes right to an agent
