If you're willing to amp, this seems like the deal of the century. You get the Fiio E11 for like 20 bucks over the B2s alone. The Brainwavz B2 is a rebrand of the Fischer Audio DBA-02, which I frequently recommend at this price range. The B2 and the DBA-02 are about 95% identical, except for looks. If you buy the combo with the E11, you'll want to pick up a Fiio L3 or L9 line out dock cable (LOD) to use the line out function of iDevices. It will improve the sound quality quite a bit by bypassing the crappy amp in the iDevice for the E11. The B2s/DBA-02s should do fine unamped, though as well.

The DBA-02s are available here for around 150 bucks with a 5% off code. They're hard to get in the states, and this site seems to be the only one acknowledged by Fischer themselves. I'd certainly trust them.
