So i'm still playing with a standard definition TV, will downloading the HD package change anything for me?

it will make a difference, but it wont be a HUGE difference if you were on a HD TV.

it just gives more things more detail.

sadly to say, i also play on a SD TV and it still makes a change, between me playing with or without it, i can see the change...
