ive done all the wires right (i think) and the video shows up on the computer but not on my tv

Trying making sure and the side of your AV adapter that plugs into the back of your xbox is set on HDTV not TV?

I had this problem, I fixed it by turning of my HD PVR so I could see my xbox on the tv again, then when your on the dashboard go to settings, display settings and change the display from 1080p to 1080i or below. Hope this helps.

if your using the HDMI cable then that might be the problem
